Brenna,
What an amazing journey this has been! We are so proud and honored to be your parents. The dedication and hard work that you’ve put into karate to get this far has been nothing short of amazing. You’ve grown and matured so much over the years! We have watched you overcome challenges along the way, and applying what you’ve learned from all your instructors.
A special thanks to Buzz Durkins Karate School and the North Shore Karate Academy for everything you’ve done for our daughter.
Congratulations Brenna! We love you with all our hearts and can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!
Love, Mom and Dad

When I moved to Massachusetts, my parents enrolled me in karate. As soon as I started, I fell in love with it. The karate community welcomed me to MA and will forever be important in my life. Peter Pippos Karate Center has taught me confidence, focus, determination, initiative, strength, perseverance, and drive.
These traits are not only significant in karate, but are important life lessons as well. I am grateful to my Senseis, my parents, and the friends I made along the way for improving this life-changing experience. Karate is my passion.

Since the beginning of your karate journey, you’ve put 100% into every class. You have practiced in your spare time and every time you were promoted to the next belt you were so excited. Watching you grow into the exceptional young woman you are today has been so amazing. Karate has definitely been the center of your growth. Your Mom, Ethan and I are so incredibly proud of you. Wishing you many more accomplishments like this one in your life.
Love you so much Dad, Mom and Ethan

Uechiryu karate has become an important part of my life. It's a hobby that I cherish, and it has developed me into who I am today. I started training karate in a different style when I previously lived in Australia. Moving to the United States presented a challenge, but finding the Peter Pippos Karate Center dojo was a turning point. The training not only improved my physical fitness but also boosted my confidence and overall well-being. I'd like to express my gratitude to my parents for their support, as well as to Sensei Peter for his advice and direction in helping me grow not just as a karate student but also as a person.

When I first started Karate, it felt like a chore. It was hard. There were a lot of mistakes, and a lot of tough experiences. If I did not persevere through these years of trial and error, I would not be where I am today. Now, Karate is the place where I feel the most confident in my skills and where I push myself to strive for opportunity. I'd like to thank my parents and my Sensei, Mr. Tracy Rose. I have grown as a person and become a better version of myself because of your help. Thank you.
